1. DIY Skateboard From Waste, Contribution: Henrique Monnerat

I just uploaded 2 new files to the open database of the project. 1/1 Scale CAD files of Wheels, bearings, and wheelnut in .3dm and .stp formats licensed under Creative Commons 3.0 like all other files of the DIY skateboard project. Export to your favorite render engine and make it shine. This files were used on my first designs of the Folha Seca skateboard, rendered in Cinema 4D.

Back in 2007, I modeled this skateboard truck in Rhino to help the design process of the Folha Seca skateboard. It was published at the ecosk8 blog back then but since our new website, the file wasn't available. After getting some comments from people requesting the file, I now published it on Letsevo's open database. Enjoy the model! make it better, send news of what you make with it.

As consumption grows, much of our already limited natural resources become more and more endangered. There are many ways to join the project: You can begin by downloading the design templates from the project's database and telling us what you think of them, writing reviews in the database or leaving comments. If you need any help, join the project's group page, leave a message, maybe we can help you out building your first skateboard. Show your creations by leaving photos on the project's group page and or contribute to our database.
